DCN Media, Inc is looking for a dynamic sales teammate to join our media and digital advertising team. You will be selling digital advertising and sponsorships for our website, online web series, and private B2B events. There is a potential for upward growth within the company with this sales position.

What will be your responsibilities?
1) Search for qualified businesses to do business with; vett through prospective clients, present and close appropriate marketing solution programs for DCN. These programs may include any of the digital products such as display, commercials, product placement, and digital marketing services
2) Leverage DCN’s B2B event through sponsorship and sales programs to new and existing clients
3) Create and maintain new professional relationships with cannabis ancillary businesses and business service based companies who are open to working with cannabis businesses
4) Work collaboratively alongside marketing team to develop campaign support materials for promotional efforts
5) Help to streamline new or existing sales processes for DCN sales department
6) Will be held accountable for estimated project revenues, to meet or exceed monthly budgets
7) Responsible for entering new customer data and other sales contract details into CRM (E.g., Insightly) weekly
8) Responsible for reading and applying DCN sales processes to daily work routine, report to Sales Manager for any inquiries

What are we looking for in a sales teammate?
Below are the qualifications and factors we will be looking for in potential candidates:
1) Goal oriented, with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn
2) Self-Motivator or “student for life” perspective
3) Previous sales experience preferred
4) Knowledge and experience working in digital media spaces
5) Knowledge and experience with CRMs (E.G. Insightly)
6) Ability to engage clients quickly and develop rapport, with proficient communication and problem-solving skills
7) A higher learning degree or certificate from an accredited school or equivalent experience required
8) Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle required.

What are the compensation details?
At DCN Media, In. we believe that hard work will pay off. Our people are just not employees, they are our team, our business and our most important resource.
Standard compensation includes: 20% starting commission with ability to move to a base salary with 15% commission within 6 months.
Opportunity for quarterly bonuses, if sales milestones are achieved.
